Hi! I’m Joe.
I’ve been involved with business and residential computer repair and support for over 25 years; working for myself and other companies. I’ve also supported many businesses of all sizes in just about every aspect of the industry, most recently healthcare and robotics.
My personal business is focused on providing truly affordable and quality computer repair services to residents and small businesses locally. I began my career in computing right out of high school working for a local ISP as a helpdesk tech. After that, I was a field tech designing and installing network cabling infrastructures for commercial and industrial businesses.
For the past ten years I’ve been in corporate level support, and most recently, robotics. I like solving problems, coming up with solutions someone else may not have thought of, figuring things out. I just like fixing stuff, and I really like doing it for other people. The excitement in a person’s face when I fix their problem is the best.
As far as my personal life goes, I have an amazing fiancé named Maria, FIVE cats (Harvey, Daniel, House, Cordelia, and Wesley). I spend as much time as I can in the gym and mix in some video gaming when I can (big into Virtual Reality gaming). A lot of my free time is spent researching new tech, watching science fiction on television because I’m a nerd (I mean, I fix computers for a living, what would you expect?), cooking (and baking, my Tiramisu is to die for) gardening, and a bunch of other boring stuff that everyone does.
